The Zaca Lake Entry Road:

You will embark on the entry road to Zaca Lake, which is a paved five-mile stretch of road that crosses through five creek beds, including two which normally have water flowing through them. These creeks are navigable with virtually any vehicle when heavy rain is not an issue. The road is steep and winding, so please watch your speed and keep an eye out for exiting traffic, or wildlife such as catle, deer, fox, polecat or racoon. On arrival to the camp complex, please check in at the lodge.

Important Notes:

- Try to arrive before 6:00pm, because the camp will be hard to find after dark.

-The Zaca Lake entrance gate will be unlocked until 6:00pm. Please call us in advance if you will be arriving late on Friday, so that we can give you the gate code.

- Cell phones do not work at the lake.
